PRACTICE GRATITUDE INCENSE HOLDER
Being thankful and showing gratitude is something that many people often hear. What you don’t hear often is “Practice Gratitude.” The difference between “being” and “practicing” is that one re- quires you to be thankful for the moment you’re in currently, and the other requires you to be in a constant state of gratefulness. “Practicing” means that you are making a deliberate effort to al- ways be mindful of what and who is around you to be grateful for. It honestly is not even about the “good” or “bad” it is about making the choice to always see a glimpse of light even when you feel like you are in complete darkness. Just the very act of noticing that the darkness is there shows you that you have something to be grateful for because it means you are still alive to see it.
